Kitchen Guard Services started in 2009 as a cold water, kitchen, and bar cleaning service. Summary:

To complete repairs needed to bring our customer’s location up to code, diagnose issues as they occur, handle emergency calls as needed, as well as meet the needs of customers and our business in general.

Responsibilities:            

·       Maintaining Vehicle Organization and Cleanliness.

·       Communicate with 3rd party vendors & Subcontractors.

·       Ensuring Facilities are properly diagnosed/operational before departure.

·       Ensure proper supply chain communication with Manager.

·       Pre/Post Inspections of Facilities arrival/departure and ensure proper care of customers' facilities.

·       Use of smartphone and app-based software to provide written recommendations to customers.

·       Managing the customer’s fire/safety code concerns.

·       Respond to emergency calls as needed.

·       Ensure proper tool maintenance and inventory levels. 

·       Provide prompt response times to customers via email/text/call.

·       Driving and operating medium size vehicles.

·       Install, repair, replace, modify existing, new or custom parts and equipment.

·       Perform One on One service recommendations for customers and offer services to prospective customers.

 

Qualifications:

·       Above Average Proficiency with hand tools and power tools

·       Above Average Proficiency with technical diagnosis and troubleshooting

·       Above Average Proficiency with restaurant/kitchen design and operations

·       Above Average Proficiency and Experience in a service-based route type of position.

·       Ability to manage and motivate employees to perform at a high level

·       Kitchen exhaust cleaning experience or industry knowledge

·       Ability to use computers, MS Office applications and other business software

 

Requirements:

·       Up to 100% local travel within a 100-mile radius

·       High school diploma
